Consent to Receive Messages

You agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Matt Zajic for County Commission, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

The different types of messages you may receive, including recurring marketing messages and donation requests, are collectively referred to as the “Programs.” Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. Matt Zajic for County Commission reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time in order to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent. Matt Zajic for County Commission also reserves the right to change the phone number or short code from which messages are sent.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Matt Zajic for County Commission, its service providers, and the wireless carriers supported by the Programs are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation / Opt-Out

If you do not wish to continue participating in any Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from the Program. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

You understand and agree that these options are the only reasonable and exclusive methods of opting out. Any other method of opting out, including but not limited to texting words or phrases other than those listed above or verbally requesting removal from the list, is not considered a reasonable means of opting out.

You may be subscribed to multiple Programs across different short codes or long code phone numbers. You must separately reply STOP to each number from which you wish to unsubscribe.

Support

For support regarding the Programs, text HELP to the applicable short code or long code, or email mattzajiccampaign@gmail.com.

Please note that texting HELP or sending an email is not an acceptable method of opting out. Opt-outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures outlined above.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Programs are offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. The Programs may not continue to work in the event of changes made by your wireless carrier, including product, software, or coverage changes.

Matt Zajic for County Commission is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Information you provide will be used solely to deliver mobile messages and to respond to you when necessary. This may include sharing information with our service providers, message delivery vendors, platform partners, and wireless carriers that assist in the operation and delivery of the Programs.

Mobile opt-in data will not be sold, rented, loaned, traded, leased, or transferred for profit to any third party.

We may disclose information as required by law, regulation, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or legal interests.

When you complete online forms or otherwise provide information in connection with a Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name you are not authorized to use. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, we reserve the right to deny access to the Programs and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

Scope of Policy

These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply only to the SMS Programs operated by Matt Zajic for County Commission and do not modify or replace any other privacy policy that may apply in other contexts.
